Tuesday, October 5, 2010. I suppose I should write some sort of summer review since I have been derelict in my writings and certainly have some wondering if I have fallen off the planet. I however cannot wrap my head around that at this hour and in all honestly I floated through this summer only halfway acknowledging my own existence. Truth is I suppose I have floated in and out of the last few years only halfway present. So no resolutions, but just a solemn promise to seek out and find the driven, artis.

Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Another chapter of my life ends and a new one begins. One stands at a sprawling path laid ahead. I will change again, but only superficially. I have been the same and I am motivated by the same ideals all these years. People say, that time will change people. I have not and I will not. Conviction was questioned by conscience. This is the first year I hated the holiday party. The biggest ballroom in the city, prime-rib dinner, flown-in entertainment, great door prizes. I was always the host, but this year it felt like an obligation, not a pleasure. I was performing, not participating. It was part of my job.
